In our busy and fast-paced lifestyles, there’s rarely any time to press pause and take time for yourself to relax, recharge and refresh. Pause Mediclinic was born so you can step back from the day-to-day chaos and emerge feeling rested and restored.
At Pause Mediclinic, our heart-centred clinicians deliver perfection in our services to you all whilst loving you up. We exclusively offer treatments we have experienced ourselves and products we wholeheartedly believe in.
Our home is a relaxed, inviting and friendly environment where our patients quickly become our friends. Behind our white fence lies onsite parking to ensure privacy and discretion.

Hello, I am Rajdi.
Pause Mediclinic is my baby! After a decade of working within the industry, a major health scare in late 2020 forced me to reassess my goals and aspirations. This realignment of values led me to pursue and achieve a dream come true in starting a business that allows me to empower others.
I feel blessed to have compassionate and knowledgeable women who are so similar to me by my side! We get goosebumps and excited over the same things – often patient results!
My love for my career is so rewarding. I see myself as a fairy godmother sprinkling magic on those I’m lucky enough to treat. I am passionate, and nothing gives me happy tears more than watching your reaction when you see your results!
Having nursed for the last 29 years, I have had many varied roles, including hospital nurse management, state-wide hospital policy writing and graduate diploma lecturing. I have managed a leading training college in the cosmetic industry and provided clinical training in dermal therapies and cosmetic injectables. I’ve been fortunate to work for two leading Plastic Surgeons on the Gold Coast and cosmetic Physicians on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Additionally, I have worked with leading Cosmetic Clinics in Queensland and received training from industry leaders to fine-tune and grow my clinical skills and expertise. I mentor other injectors new to the industry and contract for a leading pharmaceutical company in a trainer capacity. I have a Bachelor of Nursing, a Masters of Clinical Nursing and a Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing.

Meet Aliana – Pause Skin Therapist
Hello I am Aliana.
I am an enthusiastic Beauty Clinician who is all about self-confidence.
My passion for everything skin and beauty came as a pre-teen while struggling with acne and scarring. It might sound silly to some, but this affected my self-confidence and self-view.
This experience of self-reflection led to my interest in understanding skin and how to achieve the best skin of my life. During my skin journey, I found love in all treatments that allowed me to step outside and feel confident.
I am so grateful to be in this industry and do what I love and dreamed of for so long! It gives me the greatest joy to help others to press pause, refresh and achieve their skin goals. My goal is to support, educate and inspire everyone I meet to feel their very best. I look forward to joining you on your journey of self-confidence.
Fun Fact: From the age of 9, I have dreamed of moving to Australia and becoming a Skin Therapist.
