We have free parking available onsite. Please enter the driveway to access a park. Alternatively there is street parking or a carpark on the opposite side of the road on Drury Avenue.
You can book 24/7 via our online booking system found on the home page of our website or via the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on our Facebook and Instagram. Alternatively, you can make a booking by calling the clinic on (07) 2111 3544 during office hours.
Of course! Our online booking system allows you to request your clinician. Alternatively, you can request your clinician when you call or message us to make your booking.

No, legally in Australia you must be 18 years or older to have Cosmetic Injectables.
No. We do not recommend having any cosmetic injectable treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding. There has been no studies conducted to test the safety (and there never will be) so our prescribers do not permit treating you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If it is your first time please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment start time to ensure all paperwork is completed and you can go through to your appointment promptly at the allocated time slot.
Please advise us of any health conditions or medications you may be taking as your treatment may not be able to be performed. If you have any concerns you can call the clinic prior to making an appointment and request to speak to one of our Registered Nurses to ensure treatment is suitable for you.
Yes you can, however you need to wait 2 weeks after you have been vaccinated to have fillers and other injectables. This applies not only to COVID-19 but all vaccinations and boosters.
We use leading brand products and you the have choice of brands available to you. We are unable due to TGA regulations to name the products as they are prescribed medications. We can discuss with you at your appointment the product names as part of your consultation.
Of course you can! We just ask if your friend has questions or wants a consultation too that you both book an appointment so we can spend enough time with you both. You are welcome to both be in the room at the same time if it makes you feel more comfortable.
For all new appointments we allocate 60 minutes. This gives us time to get to know you, discuss your concerns, explain your treatment options & allow time if you decide to proceed with your treatment on the day. We do not want you to feel rushed and this time also gives us the chance to gain informed consent and a prescription prior to proceeding with treatment.
The sensation experienced with anti-wrinkle injections can be likened to pinching your skin in-between your finger nails. It’s a quick sting.
The sensation experienced with filler for some people can be a little uncomfortable and for that reason we use local anaesthetic either as a numbing gel that we have compounded or via injection to make the process more comfortable for you.
